Project context
To meet the growing demand for urban mobility, SEAT launched the SEAT MÓ range in 2020: fully electric, connected scooters and e-scooters optimized for city travel. To make these vehicles more accessible, SEAT introduced flexible rental contracts.
Challenge
Rental requests are still handled on paper, limiting efficiency. The goal: create a digital rental process on SEAT France's website, streamlining contract requests and management for Volkswagen Bank. I ensured best UX/UI practices were followed to optimize the user journey.
Information management
Three key steps: personal information collection, document submission, and credit evaluation. A dynamic progress tracker helps users navigate the process smoothly.
